Laurie Provincial Park is located just minutes from downtown Halifax. The park offers a quiet lakeside setting for a wide variety of outdoor activities including canoeing, water skiing, fishing, kayaking, swimming, and walking. Or, take a short drive and enjoy the city’s historic waterfront, restaurants, shopping, museums and other attractions.

Nearby: 
Provincial Wildlife Park (Shubenacadie), Shubie Park and Fairbanks Centre (both in Dartmouth), Halifax Stanfield International Airport and Atlantic Canada Aviation Museum (Enfield) and Oakfield Provincial Park.

Campground accommodations include:  
63 wooded overnight sites (unserviced). 

Park amenities include: 
Flush and non-flush toilets, showers, dishwashing station, disposal station, fire grills, picnic area, wood, and ice. Wireless Internet access is available at the administration building. This is a Campground Host park. Leashed pets permitted.
