The Train Station Bike & Bean is a café and full-service bike shop that rents & sells bikes. Located in Tantallon in the South Shore region, approximately 30 minutes from downtown Halifax.
We offer a full line of rental bikes, including hybrids, road, cycle cross, electric, mountain and fat bikes. Rentals are available by the hour, half day, full day or weekly.
Hybrid Bikes: $28/half day, $35/day, $140/week
Premium Hybrid Bikes: $40/day, $160/week
Cycle Cross Bikes: $45/day, $180/week
Electric Bikes: $45/half day, $55/day, $220/week
Fat Bikes: $45/day, $180/week
Tow-Behind Trailer: $28/half day, $35/day, $140/week
Tag-a-long: $25/half day, $40/day, $160/week
All bike rentals come with a helmet, lock and repair kit. Car-racks are also available for rent.
We are perfectly situated along the scenic St. Margaret’s Bay Area Rails-to-Trails, a multi-use 32km pathway that runs between Hubley and Hubbards.
