There’s excitement in the air at this phenomenal Timbersport event. The competition features time-honoured traditions and skills of lumberjacks and lumberjills, passed down from one generation to the next. Loggers have always been a competitive lot and love competing to see who will be the “best man on the log” at this decathlon of the lumberjack sport. The springboard chop and axe throw are bound to have you sitting on the edge of your seat. The competition heats up as the ladies take on the men in the hot saw event, then the kettle boil where competitors take cedar and 3 matches - and, in three minutes have the water boiling. Get VIP access to all events, BBQ, and a chance to chat with World, Canadian, and Maritime Timbersport champions. All events take place on the grounds of the Woodmen’s Museum historic site.
